What's the current best Instagram auto-follow, unfollow software?

I can't seem to find one I can just download and use on my PC, I keep seeing SaaS, which I am not interested in. I used Jarvee back in the day and it worked very well but now I have a new IG page I want to grow organically by following my competitor's followers, but I can't seem to find a proper one that still works to this day. Does anyone have a suggestion?

i have personally havent this this software but looks like instabot-pro is a good solution.

Anything like jarvee that uses the IG API is almost useless.
 
No tool is safe these days, except if you do it manually:)
 
Have you conditioned your accounts to work from a computer or are you using just
an android phone? What method do you use to connect to your accounts? I still have
success with browser automation as long as the accounts are conditioned to run from
a computer mainly.

So by the looks of the replies, API bots are a no-go.
So we need to use a bot that emulates real behavior/manual? Possibly browser automation. I mean only for a few accounts that are preconditioned to only run from computer.

What do you mean by "conditioned" to run from a computer? And for your accounts you run successfully: what automation software are you using? And what user agent is IG seeing from you that works (broswer kind and operating system)?
