Instagram Auto commenter/Liker

It has not even started to work. I bought the basic package for my instagram. I pressed active but no comments have been made by the bot. Same for the other auto services
I contacted them 2 days ago no response. To do the service. All i gotta do is link my instagram account and just put the hashtags in and comments and press activate? Did i need to maybe do something else like add a proxy (Using one instagram only)

No idea. I cannot support other products I have never used. If the company are not providing support, perhaps try a service that does support their paying users in a timely manner.

I'm new on this forum and I have read a lot of topics here.... in the end, I'm still pretty confused and overloaded with opposite informations.
So could please somebody who has IG experience answer a simple question and help me strat an IG account.
Is it better to
1. invest 80$ per month for somebody who manually likes and comments
2. invest up to $50 for some tool, like Jarvee
