Instagram Asking for 6 digit code

So my account which I just use from my 4g mobile and has no automation of any kind gets stuck and says "Can't Refresh the Feed" takes me to enter 6 digit code etc which does says my mobile number but the code never arrives. Tried it 5 times in last 8 hours.

I asked my friend to check who follows me that can he see my account but he can't and the comment I made on one of his post today morning has also disappeared.

I closed the app. Changed it to WiFi on my broadband and I can go in and see my account but now nothing else is opening.

Changed the phone number but still nothing. Tried using my personal account and "Add Account" but still nothing.

Tried searching for username, email and phone number from "Help with Logging In" it says "User Not Found"

And trying to directly go to my Instagram page says "Page does not exist or is Removed"

Should I start over? Or should I appeal and wait.

Yup now it says "User Not Found" when I try to do anything.
 
Instagram sends you 6 digit code to your registered mobile number for verification of the account owner.

Yes I know but it never arrives and for some hours it was showing me that option. Now it just says "User Not Exist"

LOL.

And I can take same username? It is my company brand name that's why asking. Have someone tried re-registering same username again and had any problems.
