Instagram app for follows/likes/comments

Hello, guys.
So I'm talking about these applications where u like/comment/follow or whatever - gaining points and then using them to get follows/likes and so on.
I've been wondering, how it's many apps/programs that has the same data of users.
Is it possible to create one by yourself with the same data, how ?
Or is it a way to hackk these applications and make coins unlimited, one of my friends in the past had that ..

If you want to create your own "like-by-like" app the easiest way to start is by using bots and disguise them as "real users" of your app I don´t think that any big player of "like-by-like" will share their data.

I just want to understand how it's like many many many applications got same data
