Instagram API changes Problem

Hello everyone,

Does anyone meet the new changes of Instagram API, today I tried to log in from Instagram app(downloaded from store), from the browser but couldn't.I guess, Instagram doesn't allow to log in from third-party softs. What can you suggest how can I post images/videos from web, so Instagram doesn't block me?

I don't have the answer, but I was hoping somebody could explain the recent changes to Instagram and how it effects the user experience. I have also seen third party platforms for Instagram going up and down frequently in recent weeks.
