Instagram and Twitter unfollowing trick/script/bot?

I was wondering if anyone knew a trick, script, bot or whatever that helps you unfollowing people.
I am looking for such method for Instagram and Twitter.

I'm having problems unfollowing people quickly in Instagram not Twitter...I unfollow a batch of 40 or so then wait but if I go to quickly I get the captcha and once in a while, the password reset. Does anyone know best practices for unfollowing in Instagram?
