Following suggestions from here I bought a 4G proxy to mange IG and TikTok accounts manually on iPhone.
The problem is that IG an TikTok shows “no internet connection” in their apps, also another apps doesn’t work. Only Safari is working fine, and I could access IG and TikTok trough Safari, but I need to access their apps to do my job.
Anyone had this problem before? What can Indo to solve it?

The problem is that the internet is slow, you have to test the proxy before buying, ask the seller for another proxy

A proxy can only work properly in a mobile device if it is rooted. You can get an android device and root it. Then, configure the proxy in your mobile device and it will work absolutely fine with all apps.

It sounds like your 4G proxy isn't working properly with certain apps on your iPhone. This could be due to several factors, from the proxy settings on your iPhone to the compatibility of the proxy with the apps. Here are a few things you can try to solve this problem:

  1. Check the Proxy Settings on Your iPhone: Go to your iPhone's Wi-Fi settings, and ensure the proxy settings are correct for the network you are connected to. Make sure that the proxy server address and port number are entered correctly. Additionally, check if the proxy requires authentication. If so, ensure your username and password are correctly entered.
  2. Verify Your Proxy Server: Check if your 4G proxy server is working correctly. You can do this by trying to use the proxy server on a different device or network. If the proxy server is the issue, consider reaching out to your proxy provider for assistance or use a different proxy server.
  3. Try Using a VPN: If your proxy server is still not working, you might want to consider using a VPN instead. A VPN can also mask your IP address and may work better with certain apps.
  4. Reinstall the Apps: Sometimes, the problem might be due to a glitch with the app itself. In such cases, uninstalling and reinstalling the app might help.
  5. Reach Out to the App Support: If you are still facing issues, consider reaching out to Instagram and TikTok support. They might be able to provide guidance or solutions.
  6. Contact Your Proxy Provider: Your proxy provider may have seen this issue before and might have specific guidance. It's worth reaching out to their customer service for help.
Remember that the use of proxies can sometimes violate the terms of service of apps like Instagram and TikTok, potentially leading to a ban of your account. Always make sure you're aware of and understand these terms before using a proxy with these services.

You can use an app like proxifier. This app works also with unrooted phones.
