I have 70 accounts all ages over 1 year I want to start managing actively. I was going to buy 25 private static residential proxies and run 3 on each should this be fine? I know mobile is the way to go just not in budget right now. Also I assume static would be better than rotating correct? As appears more natural that account is always using same ip.

All correct there. Just one correction: Static won't be better than Rotating. In fact, Proxies with rotative nature would be much better.

Unique residential IP's should be fine. The type of tool or bot you use might also get you detected, the patterns of popular services/tools used by many people tend to be identified by Instagram

I have clients running my static resi proxies for all sorts of accounts over the long term. With rotating proxies you have the possibility of using an IP that was flagged by someone else's mistake on their account and thus jeopardizing your own account. If you're careful with your accounts I'd go with static all the time.

Personally, I run all my accounts on there own proxy. So one proxy per account, these are private ipv4 proxy work the best for me
