What would be the most effective way to get models to join an OF Agency team?
Having run babe pages its very different. I think this sort of page would need an audience heavily for women to follow.
- How do you reach out to so many models (A lot don't even see the message)
- What other platforms are good for signing up models

No I am looking for models who currently have IG and Onlyfans and making them more money through my Agency team
- What's the best way to message these women. A lot of these women already get lots of dms.
Has anyone on here done recruiting? what's worked for you
 
Well What I found out they hate to share a cut of their earnings or work with a agency.

You need to reach out a sexter or a manager who manages different OF models accounts with chatting and stuff show them your results and then you can make your way in

Yeah I was thinking this. They won't hate a cut if they end up making 300x what that are making currently and for easier work

I have stats, testimonials, team, networks, brands. But the problem I'm having is I've messaged quite a lot of women from a small account and they haven't seen the messages or responded.

And to what the other dude said: I am NOT looking for women who don't have a following or OF: They need to already have existing traffic on both. (My am iust make them more money)

i usually just cold DM and offer free trials of growth and then we discuss price after that

i dont usually approach bigger babe accounts, usually less than 50k followers
 
I replied to your DM as well, basically Dm smaller ones who are just starting but have great potential on IG, or dating apps can be good for the ones that try to sell 1 by 1.

You'll quickly find out that women are not as strategic as men, so some are overwhelmed fast, don't think of growth hacking and all that stuff, so if you can show you know your shit, you'll get some to trust you. Not every girl is balling, just as not every girl is balling as an influencer.

Also don't just manage everyone for the sake of it. A wrong one can waste your time, make sure to ask questions to filter, like what are they willing to provide for promotion, how free they can be etc etc. You don't want someone who can't provide more and more content or just get bored, and dissapears etc

Yeah interesting. The ones I'm after need to have at least 10k IG followers and some traffic on OF. I'm not really looking for ones that are just starting out but have a little bit of hype, but yeah I get that. I got a lot of testimonials, models and figures to show and the team I'm with.

Don't I know it! 1 model that's a time waster can really mess with your bag and sanity. Good points I'll 100% add some of those questions to filter through. I'm after quality and quantity

yeah 100%, Some i talked with were really hot, good potential, but short term minded, you can feel the drama coming. So what I did also is that I offered to take no profit for a while, to build trust, once they see the money reach their account. They become more devoted... Then I was in a position of power to negotiate a good deal for both.
 
A girl on OF does not need any agency.

You think the top OF models do it themselves? You think when guys dm them their talking to the models directly? Please. Add some depth to your statement instead of nonsense

Not all, some surely do ok, but they get overwhelmed, so they always need help. Same goes for normal women doing business ,they are more open to get help than men.

No model wants to spend time, creating content, editing, marketing, selling/customs to over 1k fans. Of course small models can do ok but majority of models can't do that full time. They have a team whether you know about it or not right lol

Exactly the thing outside content is a job on itself, there is no way they can do all that alone.
 
You'll have to send about 200 messages every day to girls on instagram.

They actually see your message, they don't want to accept it because girls think this is a scam. Now this is the part where you got to think how would you make them trust you even a little bit from the second they see the message. Let your creativity do its job.
