Instagram and ogads

Please i want to ask you about how can i post to instagram using proxy , i want to post to some instagram accounts but i need to change ip (to use my proxy) but the problem is that i cant change the ip for instagram to post from mobile or some apps .

if theres any apps that i can use to post to instaragm using proxy (except massplanner) .

or any other method please
