Instagram age verification error

Hi BHW members,

After logging into my Instagram account, Instagram is requesting to fill out details to verify my age. Once I fill out the form and upload my ID, I get the following error message:

"there was a problem with this request we are working on getting it fixed as soon as we can"

The account is still active and can be searched via Instagram.

If anyone has an idea how to get around this, I would really appreciate some feedback.
