Instagram Ads Problem

Hey guys, I am trying to run paid ads but somehow Instagram decides that this is against their TOS.
I do not understand how it works, as I am not breaking any rules.
I have seen hundreds of similar ads to these, what am I doing wrong?

Tried to run same on different accounts with different ad managers.

It could be an account source problem but also instagram is cracking down on ads like this that promise "growth of any sort"

Try a video and don't include growth keyword s in your ad copy

Somehow it worked out, didn't change anything but worked on both accounts
