Instagram ad restriction 2207070

Hi,

I'm having an issue with my account. I can run ads for any page through Ads Manager, but there's one specific Instagram account I can't advertise with. I get the error 2207070. There are no visible restrictions on the Instagram account, and I've already contacted Meta Support, but they haven't been able to help either. Has anyone experienced this or knows what I can do to fix it?

What is the niche of that account? What are you promoting? Need more details

Yeah, that 2207070 error usually means the IG account has a hidden restriction, even if nothing shows in account quality. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the IG to your Business Manager, or link it to a different ad account to test. Sometimes creating a fresh BM and linking the IG there helps too.

I've tried it and it doesn't work

This may depend on the type of add you are trying to promote; or the content you have on your page. If there is anything that violates the guidelines, then Instagram may not let you advertise. Double check the ad roles to see if you qualify
