Instagram action block permanent?

all of my accounts have been blocked for nearly a weak, meaning I am unable to follow anyone. well, aside from Instagram.
Is it possible for this to be permanent?

Yes, as all of us. Be patient and let's wait and we'll see what is the instagram algo changed to and what are the steps we need to take
 
This is the new instagram update. We all face the same problems. Use less agressive settings. If it doesn't help, rest your account for 1-2weeks and start to warm it up after that.

why not use a human agent to do the action for you? i was able to cahrge my clients double the amount after i switched from automation to dedictaed agent . less headache and a lot more followers coming in cause they are able to do 5-6 times more actions than mp/jarvee

You got a point but I when you have over 1k accounts, human management becomes too hard to manage

TRUE .. SO USE THEM ONLY FOR ACCOUNTS YOU WANT TO USE FOR LONG TERM OR CLIENTS ACCOUNTS. NO SPAM ACCOUNTS
CAUSE THOSE ASESTS WILL LAST FOREVER WITH MANUALL ACTIONS. AND WITH AUTOMATION ITS JUST TIME TILL IG WILL SHUT DOWN THE ACCOUNTS

actually something funny happen when i started the manuall actions the account started to grow organizcally after a while.. its like IG has score and they know its run by phone so they give the account more exposure or something

can you refer a good source for a human agent if you dont want to give up your source i understand too
