Instagram accounts

hey guys, very new to this thread and have been reading a lot now. Trying to monetize my Instagram accounts but not sure which is the best and easiest way. I currently work a 9-5 job and have set a goal that I would like to be earning enough passive income to quit in the next 12 months and then be able to continue earning more and more gradually from there but I’m not the most tech savvy guy despite having nearly 10 Instagram accounts now in tech, dog, funny niches etc all from 1k-10k followers. Unfortunately, I am struggling to monetize them. I have them all achieving followers daily with follow planner but other than a shout out which is rare, i’m not making any money yet. My 10k account got declined from shoutcart which was a shame too. I’ve tried shout outs on fiverr but can’t seem to sell any.

I’ve researched clickbank, cpa etc. I’m not really the smartest bloke when it comes to making websites so probably prefer to stay on Instagram and try and make money. What method would you suggest for someone like myself slowly building up to 10 Instagram accounts in various different niches?
