Instagram Accounts Reach Is Very Low... Why?

Hey there. I've been having this issue like 2-3 days now. I use to get like ~90% of the new people that don't follow me or wahtever this is, but for the past days, I get this - https://imgur.com/a/Q4CjLzr. I don't know why or how is this happening, none of my posts were deleted (i had this happen once and it was because some meme was deleted and had the same exact problem).

I don't care much about that, but the fact that I've lost ~40 followers in the past 3 days is annoying me a lot.

What do I do? How do I fix this shit?

you are probably shadowbanned.
That means your exposure is dropping and you wont appear in hashtags.
It can happen if you use any bot, to many hashtags or if you are posting following or commenting to quickliy. It just happened to me after I posted a 9 square of images and put a lot of hashtags on the photos.
I read it should go away after 14 days.

i dont use any bots, never. I use 30 hashtags on every photo (i post 3 times a day - 3 hours delay b4 a post) neither am i commenting or following anyone

That's definitely a shadowban as mentioned previously. I believe those bans are not permanent and should go out if you have your account without activity 24 - 48 hours.

Do you rotate your hashtags? It is said that using the same tags all the time can get you shadowbanned.

Try not to use 30 hashtags, because I've read somewhere that is not good to use maximum number of hashtags. And try not to use same hashtags in every post and I don't think you'll have a problem. (Of course leave your account without actions up to 2 days until the shadowban will get away)
