With three accounts you are safe. I was running 7 from my phone just switching between them to post and had no issues. I am now growing towards 500+ and use proxies but until you really start getting to 10+ (specially less then 5) don't over think the situation and just start experimenting. You won't need proxies/VPNs at your experimental level.
