For the past week and a half, I have been getting the confirm it’s you to login screen for just doing the simplest actions, like commenting, liking, posting and even trying to type something into the question sticker on Instagram stories. It would make me complete a CAPTCHA and then make me enter a phone number, and after typing the code each account would get the thanks for providing your info and then after 24 hours it’ll be disabled. I have over 1,200 Instagram accounts that were made from one IP address, and then I use another IP address to log into them. Some of the accounts I have saved my password for on Safari for the Instagram website. I can’t even leave a single comment without the confirm it’s you to login screen, I can not do much actions on Instagram without the fear of it coming up again. I really do not know how to fix it. I have currently like over 10 Instagram accounts login info saved onto my Instagram app, but this pop up appears on both the app and Safari. If anyone knows how to fix this, I would love to know please. Thank you.

That's way above the normal creation limits from one IP.
Only keep a maximum of 5 Accounts per IP to keep things normal.

the reasons might be
1. you dont spend more time / action in instagram , such as commenting , liking, watching , observe marketplace provided by the INSTAGRAM.
2. you are sending the same DM and comments
3. youre using vpn
4. i suggest to make new account , since there's a prints of black records on your accout. try the clean IP. dont create in mass.
5. youre posting sexual / nudity / racist / politic issue / harmful / stuffs similar.
6. youre using bot for your instagram
7. or maybe youre just unlucky.

This is the problem.
No matter what you try, this will come back at you and trouble you at some point in life. I would suggest avoid using these accounts before you grow them too big as the risk of losing them is too high.

Simple answer, spend a little, and be safe from getting banned.
Get yourself rotating ISP proxies. Be sure to buy the one in which you can set-up manual rotation time.
Your IP will be rotated manually after set interval of time, and you won't have to manually change the proxy all the time.
Post in the marketplace and someone will ping you up.
