We have OFM management agency and we lost over 15 accounts lately for

“We don’t allow people in instagram to bypass actions take against them by creating new accounts”

We bought new phones and sims and thought it may help but accounts keep getting blocked.

How can we fix it?

Simply changing phones and SIM cards isn’t enough anymore,

Instagram also tracks network fingerprints, device IDs, user behavior, and other subtle signals. Using high-quality mobile proxies combined with clean device setups (unique browser fingerprints, realistic usage patterns) is often necessary to avoid mass bans.

Also, spacing out account creation and actions helps reduce automatic flags.

Are you using proxies or just the mobile data from your SIM/ connecting via wifi? It could be the IP you're using. You'll also want to consider using anti-fingerprinting tools. If it's new phones and you already got bans and other flags from the accounts on it, then it's likely those phones have been fingerprinted too. You could fix that if you know you're way around android or iOS. If you can, get aged accounts but for now, you'll want to give it a rest. All else, warm up the accounts you use (new or aged) and maybe change up your profile from the last if that factors for you.

good antidetect browser + good proxy + cookied account and as little automation as possible

It is vital that you are rotating the proxies between each account. That will help prevent the them from tracking the accounts and getting them linked.

Sounds like your devices useragent/fingerprint is getting flagged. Might be as simple as a WebRTC leak, pretty hard to pinpoint without knowing the setup/config of your farm.

Did you use mobile data with those new phones and SIMs when creating the accounts, or were you still on the same Wi-Fi IP? Or maybe using a VPN or proxy? I’d recommend checking the IP you’re using, it’s possible that IP range is already blacklisted by IG. I’ve had a similar issue where I used cheap proxies from one provider, switched through multiple countries, and IG wouldn’t even let me log in, let alone register new accounts.
If you’re already on clean mobile data or decent proxies and it’s still happening, then the issue might be with the device fingerprint. You’ll probably need a cleaner environment for account creation. You can try using antidetect browsers like Hidemyacc, Gologin, or Multilogin, paired with clean proxies, to generate a new fingerprint.
Also, go slow during the signup process. Don’t rush, or IG might flag it as bot behavior.

What is your exact setup?
How do you create accounts step by step?
Do you post link in bio immediately?

Need more details

Do you create the accounts personally or buy it from suppliers ?
