Instagram accounts how do i make them with proxy

Can i make instagram accounts and use a proxy?
I know i can use bluestack and create an account from PC but as far as ive searched it does not support proxys.
So how do you guys make the accounts? Can i buy some accounts somewhere or make them my self?

Try to use Xgram.
I used to make alot of account(s) with that bot before.
 
Thanks but it looks like its a closed project. So i cant get it or buy it.

You can check out the account creators in the MISC bst section. There's one by indianbill

I tested it but it seems like they are not done with instagram module.

I have been searching for hours now for a place to buy some accounts or how to make some without luck.

youwave? when i last checked, i couldn't run instagram on it: "Instagram has ARM native code and is not supported"

Wow! I was looking for this today. I know many people use VPN, but I've been reading that peoples accounts are getting deleted. So i think this will help.
