HELLO everyone our company is in instagram business as dm/comments providers, we get 1 insta account for 0.10 usd price , searching a cheaper source (no sms or mail verification l) can be :

_ ACCOUNT SELLER (cheaper than 0.10usd)
_TOOL CREATOR( we have hundreds of sims with 4g internet if need)

If you have the sims and an api to access them, then I can modify MyIgramcreator to use your sims to create accounts. Since sms is the main cost in creating, price should drop below your target.
