Instagram Accounts 20k+ Dead?

Hey guys had a question, I have acouple Instagrams accounts I built about a Year ago using Massplanner with focusing on specific niche related followers,

Im now using Jarvee but not getting alot of engagement since the accounts been sitting,
Any Advice?

Accounts are now on Jarvee,
They Post 1-2 Pictures a Day,
Are Following New followers (500 a Day)
Liking Followers Posts (800) a Day,

What else do you suggest or is the account just Dead for awhile till people start liking my posts?

Have you been consistent with the implementation of your strategies? Could be temporary, in my opinion.
