Depends on the niche(s). Some might be good for only promoting offers (Incentive Traffic) and some might do better monetizing thru shout outs.

You can make some good money with offering shoutout packages depending on the niches. IF you ever go this route, let me know and drop me a PM. I'm looking to buy shoutouts for my main IG page but would need to see the accounts first.
