My account got suspended for the stupidest thing, apparently I am impersonating someone? lol I have my drivers license available to prove my identity: anybody can help with recovering my account?

My friends Twitter account also got suspended, The lesson learn from it is that you should be very careful with your personal account. You can create another account to do bold things, but be careful with your important account ,its so hard to find them back

someone used the impersonation ban method on you its pretty common... if you're profile was public, that's exactly what happened. Keep it private, and that shouldn't happen.
