Instagram Account Recovery

Looking to hire someone to get me out of a verification loop from Jarvee on Instagram. I have been locked out on the "Get Help Signing In" page that upon clicking takes me to the FAQ for two months. Personal info was sent to the FB/IG team and I got some response emails, but I still do not have it back. If you know someone personally that works on the IG support team, I'd love to hire you to assist.
