I have a client who lost access to his Instagram, he have the email and the password and he's the owner of the email that is used to create the account.
The problem is he doesn't have the access to the 2FA code which has been configured by an agency after a little issue with the marketing agency.
He doesn't have an alternative recovery option like phone number.
The account is for a bakery business, the owner doesn't have his face in any of the videos or the pictures.
The agency have configured the 2FA using an authentication code that is different than Google Authenticator.
Let me know your prices if you can recover the account!
