Instagram "Account Re-activated"

For some reason I went to my Instagram app and I had to verify my phone number. Then it is giving me a pop-up saying "Account Reactivated, Things might not quite be back to normal yet, but check back in a few hours. "

What does this mean?

Its just a bug, after a reload it works mostly fine.

So my account hasn't been suspended? Or does this mean that they found suspicious actions and have flagged my acc?
 
It happens all the time, to all of us. You probably were boting. In my opinion you can use it again normally.

I had one account hit by this for the first time recently as well. Everything was back to normal as soon as I re-verified.

Did you continue to bot normally?
 
In my opinion you can use it again normally.You probably were boting. It happens all the time, to all of us.
