Instagram account question

Hello,

I am pretty new in instagram.A month ago I started an account and up to now I have more than 8K followers.I don't use any bot and I do my work manually.Also i don't use any tricks to follow and to unfollow etc...All i do is to post quality images with the right hashtags in one niche.

So i would like to ask you what would be the price for one instagram account with 50K followers and 10% engagement ratio or more?

As i said i am pretty new in Instagram,but familiar with other socail networks and would like to know should I invest my time to build more accounts and sell them at some point?

I know a lot of people who make good money off building accounts and then selling them, you can eventually build up a good network and shoutout each one of your accounts.
