Hi,

What are the best techniques/tactics to promote Instagram account (paid or organic).
I have my instagram account with 2k followers ,my target is to hit 100K followers.
 
Advertise on BHW
There are 100s of ways to do this and almost all of them are on the forum. You should research ...
 
you can manual methods like follow/unfollow, comments etc. or use Jarvee or other software to do it automatically (but need to research a lot before doing this)
But easy way is to ask for shoutouts, SFS. Some account will ask money and some will do it for free. so ask many niche related small pages.
 
It depends on your budget and niche you are aiming at
 
To promote your instagram in onganic way (not fake followers or/and bots) you need two things:
  1. Quality Content
  2. Many actions (follow, like, comment etc) in order to be seen (as a notification) by many profiles and hoping some of them will follow/engage with you (thats why content is No1)

With this budget, you can start by creating 10 slave accounts get a 4G Proxy and Jarvee and this should bring you some good followers if done right.
You can create even more accounts with this budget and you will not make any actions into your main account. You'll only engage with your followers and try to post at least 2 times/day
