Instagram Account is on Confirm Your Identity Phone Verification Loop

So the title pretty much says it all. My instagram account is on this loop when I log in to confirm my identity with a phone number that's not mine. I don't think my account has been hacked because when I do the recover options both email and phone number is mine. I can reset password but I always get taken to this screen. That phone number is not mine. This happened the morning after I started to use Jarvee.

I am looking for any solutions. I've already reported the account as hacked even though I don't think it is. I think instagram might be punishing me. Give me anything you got: professionals who can get this fixed, white hat hackers, I mean anything. I really need to get back into that account. Thanks in advance!
