KINDLY READ
My Instagram account hacked then changed full name and all of pics afterthat my account has been disabled so at this situation how can I get back my instagram page.please help

the only way you have now is contact Instagram and tell them the whole story

I send many request but I didn't get any single respons from them.

Did you get the email for submitting the verification photo? That's your only shot. Submit the photo with you or someone else.

Wait, 3-5 days if nothing submit again...all you can do really

First thing is to stop panicking and stop spamming both instagram support and here.
Contact them, write in complete sentences explaining what happened and maybe some additional proof you have, and send your photo, etc and then just wait.
It took me about 4-5 business days for them to unban one of my 100k+ accounts a while ago

If you have the OGE, you should be able to pull back your account from the hacker
