Instagram Account disabled

Do we get warning when it comes to our instagram accounts getting disabled? I haven't posted up any pictures in two months nor is it activated(Liking Commenting Following Un-following) But this guy kept begging for shoutout on my personal account then he said he was gonna report my account for using picture that EVERYONE I know plus there grandmothers use lol

Then I went to post picture this morning my account is disabled I don't see contact form, I been using instagram for long time I got tons of good accounts specially this one was at 50K followers and just following 1 account which was my personal !

yes as cheapproxies stated you will receive an immediate ban, i have received 200 new followers and waiting if my account gets banned will let you know though

I mean I haven't used the account in couple of months tho lol so why would it get disabled it isn't even active
