Instagram account disabled

Hello,

I've had an instagram account for a vape store business since 2014. On Tuesday of this week, I received an email from instagram. They said they removed a post I made august 22nd per the request of juul labs. It was a simple picture of a pack of juul mint pods. Then I went to my instagram account and I'm locked out! So I followed the links provided here on blackhatworld on how to recover a disabled instagram account, sent my id, picture holding a piece of paper, business documents and so on. Final response from instagram is posted in a jpeg...how anyone else in the vape industry experienced this problem yet?

It's not just the vape industry, it's Instagram in general...

Are you targeting kids/youth?
Any disclaimer restricting age, like an alcohol page?

USA Congress is going hard on vaping since the recent rapid young deaths

Edit: if you're not licensed to Sell, juuls probably watching

Try to recover it a few more times, choose other options like stolen account. It's not over yet.

Yeah all the images of products that contain nicotine need to have a disclaimer on the images and not even under the post text. You probably didn't have anything there so when your account got reported for copyright violation, it got hit with this as well and they decided to shut you down.

That's a good point, I didn't think of that. I assumed it was because of the news from Donald Trump. I would imagine there isn't anyway to get my account recovered at this point....what do you think?

I wouldn't bother at the moment, Instagram has closed record number of accounts and everyone is appealing and flooding. Wait a few weeks and then put your appeal in when the first purge has cooled down.

How would one go about reporting a stolen Instagram account? Do you have any links to contact instagram?

I tried but I don't know how to follow the steps. Instagram keeps saying "no user found" when reseting my password via my username, Phone or email.

When I try "forgot password" I don't see any link about "my login info isn't working"

@FUTUR TIM any other ideas? the link for hacked account didn't work for me...

There have been many health problems caused by vape and juuls and some IG accounts began a campaign against everything related to that. So, maybe IG is blocking all accounts that advertise those things

They are cracking down on all of those Vape and smoking solutions. If I was you I would hire a VA to re-appeal daily or create a script to automate it.

Those are two methods to get your disabled Instagram account back. Instagram are not really responsive so I'll recommend to fill the require information and to send it to them by daily basis.

Recover A Personal Account with ID.

To recover a personal Instagram account you will need government ID with you. If you do not have one, it could still work, but having and ID leads to must faster recovery times.
Step #1: Go to the Instagram Help Center and look for the option for Deactivated Account. Here is a direct link: https://help.instagram.com/contact/396169787183059.
Step #2: Select whether you have a valid government issued photo ID (ex: passport, driver’s license, etc..).
Step #3: Fill out the form and provide the appropriate documents and When you finish and double check you can press send.

Step #2: Select whether you account used to represent a business, product or service.
Step #3: Fill out the form and provide the requirement documents. When you finish and double check you can press send.

Personally I recovered two disabled accounts of mine with methods from an eBook that I bought. There are plenty of methods that you could find over there and maybe it will work better for you. The website I bought it from is www.igaccountrecovery.com.
