Instagram Account Creator Bot or Script

Hey I am just wondering if someone can make me a bot that can create quality Instagram accounts for scrapers/ slaves (my personal m/s operation) or be able to make a program that would enable virtual assistants to make accounts without them being linked or captcha.

I have already tried two from the marketplace and they are useless. Tried making them in Jarvee and appcloner too.

Must know what proxy provider to use (Must be affordable) and sms service that works with them.
Ideally I would create them with emails and then add sms.
