Instagram’s security can be super sensitive when it sees a login from a different location, even if you're using a VPN. It might be picking up on things like browser fingerprinting, time zone mismatch, or even just the fact that the device is unfamiliar. If possible, try logging in from the original device/location first, or see if you can trigger a verification through SMS or email. Have you had any luck with that route yet?

The reason why you cant access the account is because the device your receiving the verification code is from a different country. In some cases, it does work, however, if you are based in Canada and the account your connecting to is in the USA, the verification will be sent to a US number because that is where the device is.

Don't use a VPN. Use a static ISP proxy or a 4g proxy

You need US mobile proxy, not VPN. They detect VPN and they don't like it.

you’ll prob wanna ditch the VPNs. Insta picks up on 'em pretty quick. Better to go with a solid US mobile or static proxy, and keep the account inside its own browser profile. Tools like Hidemyacc, Multilogin, GoLogin help you stay clean by isolating IP, cookies, and fingerprint, way safer for manual logins across locations.
