I am currently in negotiations with someone to buy their Instagram Account and I am wondering what people here would think would be a fair deal. Is there anyone who is good at appraising Instagram accounts? Or are there any tools?

How do you tell if a user is getting genuine likes or is using engagement groups?

Look at fameswap (google it) pricing and that will give you an idea
