Instagram Acc Suspension

I am completely locked out of Instagram. Even my personal account gets banned after warmup even with aged acc.

I now have an iPhone (the banned device). I want to know how to remove fingerprints from this iPhone completely, or if I need to buy a new one.

What I want to know:

1. Face storage: Does Instagram permanently store selfie verification videos? If I never upload another selfie, can they still match my face from future accounts using just profile photos? Or do they only match during active appeals?

2. iPhone fingerprinting: Beyond Device ID, what specific fingerprints does Instagram collect from an iPhone?
- UDID (Unique Device Identifier)
- IDFA (Advertising Identifier) can be reset?
- IMEI
- Serial number
- MAC address (WiFi + Bluetooth)
- Keychain data
- Pasteboard access
- Model and firmware version

Which of these survive a factory reset? Which require a new device?

3. How to remove fingerprints from iPhone (step by step):
- Does "Erase All Content and Settings" reset everything?
- Does iTunes restore remove deeper fingerprints?
- Do I need to change the MAC address? (Is that possible on iPhone without jailbreak?)
- Does iCloud backup restore carry over Instagram's tracking data?
- What about jailbreak is that necessary or too risky?

4. Network detection: I have both WiFi and mobile data. If I buy a new phone + new SIM + use only mobile data (no WiFi), will Instagram still link me via cell tower triangulation? Can they see that my new device is connecting from the same physical location (my room)?

5. SIM vs number: Is the ban on the phone number itself, or the SIM card's unique ID? If I port my number to a different carrier, does the ban follow?

6. Email fingerprinting: Do I need to buy a custom domain email? Or is ProtonMail enough? Does Instagram track email metadata (sent from same IP, same device)?

7. The face problem: Since Instagram already has my face on file, am I permanently banned from the platform forever? Is there any way to reset that biometric data? GDPR deletion request? Or am I done?

8. Complete safety checklist: What ALL needs to be new in Instagram's eyes to guarantee no ban after weeks of consistency?

Buy an aged verified account and don't try using it with your old device
It's as simple as that

In terms of getting "locked out", use another profile and contact meta through there so you can get access to the suspended account/"Locked out" one. That is typically one of the many ways to get it.
