I think your page has been freeze, when you skip to post content some week or months then instagram algorithm understand your are not active then he is freeze your page, you have to start creating engaging content and try to upload daily content.

It might not be a shadowban sometimes Instagram’s algorithm just shifts and affects views. Check if any of your hashtags are banned or if your posts got flagged. Also, try mixing up your content and engaging with other accounts more.

Yeah, the best way to check it is to ask your friends (or use a secondary acc), if your page content appears as supposed to. It might be a lot of reasons. Maybe you post too much, try to make a break. Maybe you copy/paste the description and IG thinks that it's a spam, try to change things after a break. Actually in most cases a break for 48 hours works good. If won't work, make it for a week, nothing bad will happen if you won't post a couple of days. Also check stories, posts. If they have views, it's a good sign, meaning that the problem is with reels only.

bro FOR REAL. I have no clue why but this is across all over the forum!!! And it's been going on for months!! I don't know if these people are farming posts or not, but yeah each post is spammed with useless comments

Avoid using banned or spammy hashtags. Test by using a unique hashtag and asking followers to engage. If the post doesn’t appear in the hashtag feed, it might indicate a shadowban.

Try to do not repeat to much the same content if you are following trends because if people see to many times the same reel they get bored or just skip it, try to follow some people or similar accounts, leave some comments and continue uploading as you being doing it.
