InstaFly Tutorial? Need help! Support is very bad.

My InstaFly isn't working at all, I add my accounts and immediately they cannot do anything, they just show "challenge_required", then I login to the web version and it shows me this:

I simply hit "Dismiss" and i'm able to do actions on the site, what's going on with InstaFly? Why can't it do this simple action? Is there anything I can do to fix this? I create my account on the same proxy I use to login to InstaFly, I don't know what I can do at this point. For the logs it shows this:
