Hi IGers of BHW.
Not too sure if I’m breaking the forum’s rules here, and if so please forgive me.
I want to start an engagement group, or pod, on IG and I was wondering if anyone is interested to join.
I’m doing this because I want to boost engagement, get featured on the Explore Page, go viral, and gain hundreds to thousands of new followers.
My ultimate goal will be to either sell my account or link it to an ecommerce platform, so we’re talking probably in about a year or so from now.
This is not a quick exercise, it will take time, dedication and patience, so if you’re looking for fast results no need to join.
Also, this won’t be a spamming group. It will have proper rules which every member needs to follow, just like in a civilised society.
I’ve been growing my account in the past year, it’s 70% organic and 30% purchased followers. I haven’t used it much in the past couple of months and starts naturally dropped. It does not belong in any particular niche, I basically post cool photos, whether animals, art, cities, nature, etc.
I’m new to engagement groups so I’m happy to hear any advice from anyone with experience. So this post is just to see if there’s any interest in helping each other growing. Perhaps a barnstorming post for everyone to contribute with ideas?
As far as I know IG groups can have up to 32 users, if each user has a follower base of at least 10,000 then we would all have a potential audience of 320,000. I'm happy to start small, even 3/4 people and then take it from there, and perhaps post our journey here for everyone else to benefit.
