INSTA BANNED IN 2017

Got an 280k account banned in the end of 2017. Everyone told me to just keep e-mailing facebook to recover it. I had to send a photo of myself so that they even consider to recover it. They always take like a week to email back if then even do so I gave up after the 5th email or so and focused on building new accounts.
But the only way that I know of is spamming instagram support / facebook with emails. Personally I think that if you were banned for a legit reason, the chances of recovering your account are very slim.

I back that, I've never had a page recovered before, even after spamming support with emails

A couple of friends in the babe niche had their accounts banned. They always make backup accounts and use their networks to get their fans to follow again there. Then they get their fans to report an error or email facebook/IG. Hope this helps.

I've automated engagement groups with it so it went quickly from 100k to 280k. Then I was stupid and I've put an affiliate link in the bio. Removed it after 12h because I got a bad feeling but 3 hours after I removed the link, the account got disabled

Sorry along with the account I also lost the groups, they were all instagram DM groups.
