insta accounts getting restricted

guys i tried making two-three accounts but all are getting copyrights or restritions.

first account grew to 10k folllowers by posting girl fitness videos , i just download and reupload with just text editing, worked good but after some time account limited and now stopped growing.

2nd account i post some viral photos in reels by putting link in bio text on them and blah blah, again got adult content removal limitation.

3rd thing i tried remixing videos but still got copyright because of duplicate content,

whatever i did others are doing it very well and they are still in the market but im not going anywhere.

what i want --> insta account to get audience to check link in bio so i can increase telegram members in my private adult channel(links not direct videos).

tell me about right way of remixing and duplicate content posting .

It's obvious the original creators are reporting your account for stealing their content. Are you at least giving them credit in your caption?

It's because you download and re-upload videos with copyright that Instagram bans you every time.
