There is no limit how many videos to upload per day on YouTube, if you upload legit material!
If you upload spammy/scammy/stolen videos, you will lose the account pretty soon, so spread the videos on as many channels as you can, without any connection between the channels.

Just kidding. My advice: upload as many videos as you can with as many channels as you can. If you can use proxies and PVAs then that would be a lot better. But YouTube will ban your accounts sooner or later anyway (unless you make legit content).
