Insane Ranking with Hacked Sites Link Insertion

I noticed that this site was ranking on most of the keywords of Happy New Year. The same guy also manages to rank for pretty bad ass keywords. I found some unique link building services while doing the analysis. Here are some of them from where he took the backlinks. I am not sure what sort of links are these.

Can anyone please let me know from where this guy has taken the link building services? These are not SAPE links for sure as I did not manage to find them in SAPE network. They are somewhat similar in nature but obviously different than SAPE. Most of the links are inserted in footer and menu only.

All the sites have links inserted in either menu, footer or other places. In some cases the links are hidden in the page source. This is some sort of hacking for sure

It's mean that google not caught that link, they just see it a diversity link so it's still be allright

These are hacked links dude. Its not paid, its not part of any network.
