I would love to see some data on this. I would assume that Google has a way of checking your attention of viewers. That means they go to your website and all of a sudden disappear shows at your website is not relevant and more interesting.

you mention about clicks, this tool will automatically click the link by itself or we have to do it manually?

the only way Google would know about the CTR on your site is if your visitor "go through" one of the Google owned sites like gmail, google itself... it's also possible that they can do a test on your site by temporarily moving it up in the SERPS and then measure the CTR then move it back down based on the CTR score your site received.
