    How do you deal with setbacks, at every little setback i get angry and mad.
    Almost had a fight with a guy on the petrol station if his friends weren't there. Because i got mad, my car doesn't show the oil meter anymore.
    How do you program yourself to just be possitive and happy?

    You need to decide to function without feeling, which is hard as a emotionally driven creature. You can reduce the impact emotions have you on, but you can't simply numb the feeling forever. If you are religious, seek comfort that way as well.

    Take it from me. Get involved in something that will allow you to release tension like go to the gym daily, join an actual reputable mma school (which will definitely put you in check), if you don't want to do any activity let me tell you about how fun jail is- because that is where you will wind up. The thing about jail is, your angry and mad attitude will get you killed in there by someone else who is angrier and more mad than you. So yeah.. maybe try yoga and I heard that Oprah has a killer tea at starbucks.

    That's not very good medical advice.

    Everybody knows prevention is better than cure

    You should have your first pipe as soon as you wake up - that way you won't start feeling down in the first place.
