Hello,

I'm Jim, a representative of vm team, a mobile app publisher. Please be warned that InMobi, a PPC advertising network based in India, is a big fraud as it cheats many of its publishers to steal their earnings.

They have a ridiculously long payment cycle (3 months) and worse, they suspended our publisher account right before the first payment cycle is met so we lost all $2500+ earnings for 3 months.

We're 100% sure that our traffic are legitimate. We have used InMobi rotated with other ads networks and still get paid from the others. After that, their support team have been extremely unprofessional. They ignored all our email requests for clarifications. Tried to ring them through Skype but they ignored it too.

Many other victims have reported their stories in the CodingTalk forum.

Be warned!

I buy mobile traffic from them and their interface is pretty frustrating. They dont break down impressions or clicks to the creative level. So you'd essentially need to make an ad group for each creative and the targeting is extremely broad. I had a profitable campaign on jumptap and just mimicked it over to inmobi. It converts, so I'm just letting it run.

My account was also blocked today and i see no reazon for it. Already sent an e-mail to ask why but has usual, the reply's only happen a few days after. Let's see what happens.

Im just curious whether they report to you about bad traffic (fraudulent clicks they have detected) and refund to you on these traffic? Since they banned publishers like us due to fraud clicks and they cut our earnings. If they dont refund to you then that means they scam advertisers too.

Thanks for the info, I registered with them, contacted them with a question and they didn't reply... Since that I didn't use them but thanks anyway

Hi vm.team aka Jim , azureus3 and Typlo. This is rather belated but I'm from InMobi and I can have a look at why you're accounts were blocked or can help you out with any other problems that you've faced. Do PM me your account name and I can take a look.

Thanks and apologies about the no one replying to your query.
