    I paid this guy upfront to build me an eCommerce site. Here what went wrong right away.

    1. After I paid him, he never responded to my emails
    2. He didnt respond till like 7 days later
    3. Did not keep one deadline!
    4. Full of excuses and bullshit


    After a week passed, he finally responds because I told him I would throw him on the SHITLIST
    at BHW if he continues to neglect his responsibility to me. Patrick then messages me 1 day before
    new years.

    Please note it is the holidays but that is no excuse when he gave me deadlines in writing on when
    things will be completed work will be done. not even a single email was received.

    He emails me back finally with nothing but holiday excuses which are not valid. I saw Patrick HUSTLING
    up additional work for his business during this time here at BHW before even responding to
    1 email or keeping 1 deadline. nice kick in the balls.

    I have sent him 4 emails now, no response at all. He says the eCommerce website is done, yet this
    guy gives me NO INSTRUCTIONS, No Logins, Nothing.. JUST IGNORES me because the paypal grace
    period where you an request refunds has passed.

    I am 100% for paying for services rendered. But Patrick has not responded at all with instructions and
    as we speak has been hustling up additional work here at Blackhatworld. search ink2pixel in the bhw search.

    During the time in the beginning when patrick did not respond like this, I did some research on him and
    I should have seen working with this guy was gonna be a headache since he was put on scamreport.com
    for a 5 figure contract not responding to his customers. complete bullshit. This guy deserves to be on
    the ShitList until he can provide a real explanation on why my project is still not done.

    All I asked this guy was to provide instructions on how to use my website, login links etc..
    instead he is keen on ignoring me and clearly does not give a shit.

    I do not recommend anyone to work with this guy unless you like to work with people who dont keep deadlines,
    give you excuses and will never respond to your questions! worst customer support i have ever
    come across.

    I am not a person to put people on the shitlist, actually this is the first time since I have been at BHW,
    patrick golden is terrible.

    As mentioned to you in an e-mail sent several hours ago today, we asked for your new password to your cPanel/FTP (since you locked us out and thus we could not perform any work) on February 8. We did not hear back from you until February 22, a full two weeks after asking for the new password. I may add that you threatened to shitlist us on February 24, when we still had no password and hadn't heard from you for two weeks:

    In that e-mail on February 24, after two weeks of silence on your part and no password still when we asked for it on the 8th:
    In that e-mail on February 22, you said:
    As you can see, you said "heres the new password" but did not actually provide the password, yet thus continued to incessantly demand we make the changes when we still had absolutely no access to your server.

    We still have no access to this day as of this post and have no method of recourse to remedy the complaints of the OP given that insufficient access has been provided to do so.

    How hard is it to respond to people and take your job serious. I have sent you 6 emails now
    with 1 response. I also sent you the new password to do something about the admin accounts when we first talked
    but you did nothing!

    I had to change the password back to my own again because.

    Customer support should be your number 1 priority. Your track record is ridiculous for customer support! Get your
    shit together bro. when it comes to services, i still would not recommend you to anyone for these types of services.

    I dealt with Patrick for a project earlier and I was on the verge of creating a shit list that time. He NEVER responds to his customers questions. However, a refund was issued after 10 days and I was just waiting for the results that entire time. I advise anyone to stay away from this guy and it took me 2 PM's (Told him that I would shit list) and 10 days waiting on Skype for me to get a refund.

    Patrick, You need to improve your customer support which does not exist.

    No, I am not kidding you. I e-mailed you on the 8th of February asking for the password, because you asked for changes to be done yet had simultaneously stripped access, thus negating our ability to fulfill your request. I e-mailed you on the 8th of March again asking for the password because you were sending e-mails demanding work be done, yet, as noted in the e-mail from the 22nd, had not provided to password to do so. Despite me asking again for the password, you found it necessary to make a shitlist rather than, say, respond with the password, when I requested it before I had been notified that my "reputation was on the line" and perhaps before this thread was even made.

    How hard is it to respond to people when they ask for the password to make the the necessary changes, but instead respond 2 weeks later without the password? Then follow up with more e-mails demanding changes when the password has still not been sent, when you knew the password had not been sent, and also claiming you have been sending numerous e-mails when I just sent you a screenshot that clearly falsifies this claim when you knew this claim was false?

    And then only sending the password today, a month after I initially requested it (after very quickly responding to your e-mail, I might add, on February 8th; I believe it was within 5 minutes, no?), after you had been previously demanding changes when you knew you had changed the password and revoked our access, and after you had your fun with "putting my reputation on the line."

    Or when we repeatedly and continuously asked you to provide home page content so we could finish the site to your spec, but you refused and refused and ended up changing the password which initially caused this issue anyway?

    Do please own up to your end of this nonsense before claiming we did nothing to attempt to resolve it.

    We can complete the project. However, we only just got the password 4 hours ago, a month after we asked for it immediately after being e-mailed by the OP on February 8, yet after this shitlist was posted despite the many issues we raised via e-mail to OP long before this thread was made. Call it deflection if you want, but there wasn't exactly much we could do while the OP was whining and knowingly revoked access while we waited two weeks for a response and a month for the password...

    Yet, the e-mail where he claims to have been e-mailing me constantly and that I've failed to inform him of essentially anything.

    Only needed the home page content to complete the site, which we asked for at least half a dozen times. Plus the password. The one that took a month to get. The one that OP didn't bother to send till after​ this thread was made.

    dude, I am still waiting for the admin account to be completed for instructions on how to add my own content and also the functionality of the admin
    you sent me an email with how the shit adapts. but you sent me no admin links to my account.

    Its simple bro. Take some fucken action.. because I am not BS anyone here with your crap customer support, I am simply putting it to you to get
    shit done so I can move on to the next steps of my project.

    Instead of emailing and asking for the password again 3 emails ago when I threatened to put you on the shitlist, you still dont ask for a password instead
    you email me saying THAT NOTION IS INSANE.

    Its simple, email me my bloody admin account, with 100% all instructions on everything I asked for, then we can be done with this. thank you.

    I had already emailed you before this thread was made public AGAIN asking for the password, yet you found it necessary to post this thread claiming you had received absolutely no communication from me. So yes, I said I found that notion and those claims "asinine," not "insane." Please learn to read my emails thoroughly before incorrectly quoting me. Perhaps that's why we're in this issue in the first place.

    Anyway, it is Sunday and you only sent the password a little more than twelve hours ago and SEVERAL hours after I asked for it PRIOR to this thread, meaning you received my email asking for the password and chose to IGNORE it and spend your time making this thread instead. You felt the need to make this thread when I had already reached out on the same day before this thread in order to get the password.

    Asinine? Yes.

    So your work will be done when it's not Sunday.

    this is what people have to deal with when dealing with you. I warned you through 3 emails i was gonna
    SHITLIST you if you dont respond, and you didnt.. and instead of rectifying the matter you instead try to
    deflect the blame like a little kid. I can almost guarantee you just glance at our emails and put them off
    as 'who gives a shit'.lol

    the process is simple pat, complete the project, move on and get removed from the shitlist. You obviously

    about your shitty customer support brotha. if your consistent at something yet you continue to deflect blame

    As per your e-mail earlier regarding why I keep saying you have links to the control panels: perhaps because there is literally a login link on the root page of your domain currently, and I explained numerous times that this leads to the control panel that adapts to the user depending on their user type (admin, reseller, customer)? You will have your admin account today on Tuesday.

    he created me an admin panel, but much more work to be done as he left out many other things that make this job far from been
    completed.

    I sent him instructions on what else needs to be done 24 horus ago, no response yet, so waiting for that update. when he responds to
    me satisfactory you may close this shitlist if hes gonna complete the job.

    You sent three extremely minor changes (one of which I told you exactly how to complete on the 8th immediately after you e-mailed me when you stripped our access and two of which are merely creating a button and modifying a line of text), so please stop grossly embellishing the facts for your benefit, as you have been doing this entire thread despite proving the vast majority of your unfounded claims false. These changes will be complete today.

    I paid you to do a service and STAY PROMPT with it. AND YES THIS IS FOR MY BENEFIT because I paid

    As far as waiting five e-mails, I have said I believe three times now in this thread that we requested access again via e-mail before this shitlist, so your accusations are inaccurate and thus invalid.

    Thought it may be imperative to note that OP has again stripped us of our access, further undermining our efforts to complete his project while continuing his public libel based on stagnating situations that he himself creates then blames on us, despite the fact that we noted we would make the requested changes but also noting that the severity of the changes requested was far-embellished, which is fully within our right to say. If OP is offended at a personal level that we take the liberty to provide accurate facts, regardless of the manner in which we provide them, while OP bloats information in his favor, then this is an issue he must take up with himself outside of a business setting.

    At this point, if OP continues to demand changes yet makes it impossible to do so, I see no further reason to attempt to make the requested changes, but no refunds will be issued due to the fact that you continue to create these scenarios that enable you to attempt to tarnish our reputation. Any dispute attempts will be fought with full documentation along with our attempts to resolve the issue and being prevented from doing so on your behalf. The very negligible changes you requested (the list which has been provided to OldSalt via Skype) is not worth the refund you are requesting, given that

    • two of them are modifying two lines of text specific to your product that we wouldn't have known without you saying so in your e-mail on the 12th of March
    • one of them is a PayPal issue that we explicitly gave you instructions on how to resolve in our e-mail on the 8th of February since we did not have access at this time
    • and the other is a logout button that would take anyone a few minutes to code

    We attempted to make these changes just now, but discovered OP had again locked us out. The refund he is requesting is far beyond the value of these changes ($6.67, calculated by 10 minutes of work in proportion to a $40/hour rate).

    Else, I must again request access to your server, so I am sure you will see to it that this access is restored before again displaying how you are a client who manipulates situations in your favor and then places the fault on us.
