Informations about backlink SEO pricing

Hello guys, i'm trying to rank a website (.FR) made with code igniter 4. I'm really bad with SEO (i only know like meta description and H1 H2 H3 etc..)
To fix this, i'm trying to work with indians/paki workers. (Because it's cheap obviously) and they are usually really qualified in computer things. (AND I M BROKE AS FUCK)

I ve received tons of offers and i got a strong one from someone rated 5/5 with more than 300 feedbacks on fiver.

I have no idea about this price if it's super cheap, normal super high, i'm a goat in SEO

This guys reputation is really really high so the scam risk is extremly low, i'm more asking about the pricing only. Thanks guys <3

On fiverr you'd have high chances of finding a lot of people SAYING they provide all of that stuff for ?15-25$? so considering the fact that the price is much higher,it's likely that it could be genuine
You should also check the reviews and the profiles giving them as a very large number of fiverr reviews are fake

I think at 99.9% than this guys is legit when i ask the retard question : "IS MY WEBSITE WILL BE RANK FIRST ?"

The response he gave was good,accurate and honest , so you can consider this as a 'positive review'

Regarding the price it's hard to quantify because all around the world there are different living standards thus different wages . If he pretends to be from a 1st world country,then the amount is kinda impossible as it's too small , while at the same time,somebody from a country with much lower wages,would be able to do the same job for a smaller amount,even half ,so the price could be considered overestimated.

Take in consideration that fiverr takes 20% from everything, so if somebody asks for 100$ for example,it means that they agree with 80$ actually , so they might as well agree with 60 too ,or even 50 .

You could try finding his private contact and negotiate a better price

It's a pakistan person, so low wages. (Sorry for all the american/euro SEO Sellers) i'm really broke i cant spend 500-1000$ for Seo monthly.

It'd be good to re-check the reviews,and first and most importantly , ASK FOR SAMPLES.

And the price is fair or i could get it cheaper ? (From someone legit & from pakistan)

The Monthly 200$ for backlinks are included in the first month SEO optimization at 260$.

It's like FIRST MONTH : 260$ Optimization + Backlink, 2ND month : Backlink 200$ , 3TH month : Backlink 200$ etc.. (5 months max)

I think that I gave you the answer in the previous post . You could get it for 50-66% of the price especially if you manage to get his personal contact.

P.S. : there is no such thing as being 99.9% sure of how legit a guy is . I just got scammed last week on this forum by a Jr.Vip with over 1000+ posts and 5+ years old account ,so I could say I was 99%+ sure he's not a scammer..but..
As for fiverr ,'legit' 'scammer' , there's hardly any place for 'scammers' on fiverr ,but the equivalent you'll get are poor quality services , so the effect is actually the same,more exactly, losing/wasting your money

So,stop being optimistic,and do some serious checking.. especially regarding samples
