Giving fake name,billing address etc etc is OK if we are registering in some hosting sites?
What could be the probable pros nd cons?

Hosting information is not public, there's really no reason to use fake info with hosting providers.

I have always provided incomplete address or personal information to all my hosting in the past, as I do not see any reason to give the complete info. However, if you are serious in the business, and no hanky panky, providing accurate information would be a bonus, for situations like trying to recover your account if you lost your password, or account got hacked, or simply getting support via phone/email if they have any.

By doing this, you are going against the registration rules. In case caught, your domain name can be cancelled.
